I am currently project managing and restoring a mid century architect designed home from 1952 situated in Beaumaris. The renovations have been many years in the planning as the house was in original condition when we purchased it and we wished to restore it to its former glory. The project is currently being filmed for the ABC programme Restoration Australia and is currently undergoing the process of Heritage listing. As a result this project has required trades who have a high attention to detail and understand the extra work that is required.

I was recommended David from Premium Finish Painting by my trusted carpenter who mentioned that there was no one better in the business. We needed a real specialist when it came to the exterior painting. The extensive timber clad facade and timber eaves were in a very poor state – we suspect they hadn’t been painted in over 30 years.

I have been blown away by the amazing work the whole team has put into my home and cannot believe it is the same house. The timber work looks brand new in places which is frankly unbelievable. The quality of the painting has exceeded my already high expectations and I am receiving endless compliments from friends and passer bys (we live on a very high traffic street).
